The latest design series is based on heart opening practices. The meditation pendants are meant to be a visceral way to think about the brahmaviharas and paramis. It helps to have something to reference that you can place in your hand while meditating or going through challenging times.
Loving Kindness Art combines art with the practice of heart opening meditation. I hope you enjoy this activity in a time when it is not so easy to open your heart - but ultimately it is what we need to care for each other.
